"Industrial Safety at Hazardous Production Facilities"

Industrial safety is a complex of various measures aimed at preventing and / or minimizing the consequences of accidents at hazardous
production facilities. Simply put, industrial safety is the creation of such conditions in an enterprise or facility, where the risk of accidents
is minimal, and in the event of an emergency and an accident, there is an action plan to prevent it with minimal human casualties. 

Industrial safety and enterprise are inextricably linked at all stages of the organization's existence from the stage of design and operation, 
to the liquidation of the enterprise. Compliance with the implementation of norms and rules of industrial safety is the responsibility of the
enterprise in the person of the enterprise manager, chief engineer and persons responsible for the operation of hazardous equipment. 

According to existing standards, the certification of employees on compliance with safety requirements at enterprises should be carried 
out in accordance with a certain schedule and frequency. It is necessary to control whether specialists forgot important knowledge so as 
not to be suspended from work.

Our teachers train managers, responsible employees and workers in industrial safety issues in the following areas:

       Technical managers, specialists and workers participating in the technological process of a hazardous production facility, operating, performing maintenance, technical inspection, installation and repair of hazardous production facilities, coming to work for hazardous production facilities, as well as certified, design organizations are subject to training (training) and other organizations involved in work at hazardous production facilities:

• officials responsible for the safe conduct of work at hazardous production facilities, as well as employees performing work on them, - annually with preliminary training on a ten-hour program
• technical managers, specialists and engineers and technicians - once every three years with preliminary training in a forty-hour program.

          Technical trainers, specialists and workers participating in the technological process of a hazardous production facility, operating, performing maintenance, technical inspection, installation and repair of hazardous production facilities, as well as certified, design organizations and other organizations involved in work at hazardous production facilities are subject to retraining , with preliminary training on a ten-hour program in the following cases:

• when enactment of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of civil protection establishing industrial safety requirements, or when introducing changes and (or) amendments to the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of civil protection that establish industrial safety requirements;
• when appointing to a position or transferring to another job, if the new duties require additional knowledge of safety from the manager or specialist;
• in violation of industrial safety requirements;
• when new equipment is put into operation or new technological processes are introduced;
• at the request of the authorized body in the field of industrial safety or its territorial subdivisions when they establish insufficient knowledge of industrial safety requirements.

Training is carried out in the amount of official duties that an employee needs to carry out his work. The verification of knowledge is confirmed by the Protocol of the meeting of the Qualification Commission for the verification of knowledge of industrial safety requirements, with the issuance of a certificate, an established sample.
